Samba Foods Limited, a leading food processing company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with UNIFA Brothers, a prominent supplier of raw materials and packaging solutions. The strategic partnership aims to restore Samba Foods’ production lines and drive growth from January 2025 to December 2025.
The collaboration comes after Samba Foods faced operational challenges, including the breakdown of its primary packaging machine, which led to a temporary production slowdown. Under the MoU, UNIFA Brothers will provide critical support by supplying raw materials and packaging materials, replacing the primary packaging machine, and providing other essential production inputs.
In return, Samba Foods will produce finished products for UNIFA Brothers, adhering to agreed standards. This partnership is expected to yield several benefits, including consistent product availability in the market, improved operational efficiency, reduced production costs, and enhanced value for stakeholders and consumers.
Samba Foods Limited’s management expressed optimism about the partnership, stating that it marks a significant milestone in the company’s revival. By leveraging UNIFA Brothers’ expertise and resources, Samba Foods is confident of returning to full-scale production, meeting customer needs, and driving sustainable growth.
