5 students injured after Ejuraman SHS dinning hall collapse

Five students of the Ejuraman Anglican Senior High School (SHS) are receiving medical attention in hospital after the school’s dinning hall building collapsed on Monday evening.
Graphic Online’s Kwadwo Baffoe Donkor reports that the students were rushed to the Emergency Unit of the Ejura Government Hospital.
The five were part of 200 students who were in the dinning hall.
Thirty-five reportedly sustained various injuries when the roofing of the makeshift structure which served as a dining hall of the school caved in.
The incident happened around 5pm on Monday during a rain storm.
The students were about to have supper.
Apart from the five students, whose injuries are serious and require hospitalisation, others, numbering 35 suffered what could be described as minor injuries and trauma.
Akwasi Frimpong, the Municipal Health Director confirmed the incident and the condition of the injured students
