Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo 2024: Unlocking Opportunities in Ghana’s Real Estate Market
The Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo 2024 is gearing up to be an exciting event, building on the success of its previous edition.
Scheduled to take place at the Alisa Hotel in Ridge on December 16-17, 2024, the expo will bring together industry experts, developers, and potential investors to discuss the latest trends and opportunities in Ghana’s real estate market.
The event, themed “Diligently Building Wealth Through Ghana Real Estate: The Future of Property Investment,” aims to harness this momentum by connecting global investors, the diaspora, and local stakeholders to Ghana’s burgeoning property market.
According to Anna and Victoria Agyekum, co-founders of the Expo, the first edition was a huge success, attracting not only the diaspora but also locals interested in learning more about the property market. The expo will feature a range of exhibitors, including reputable developers, financial institutions, and legal experts, providing attendees with a unique opportunity to engage with industry experts, attend panel discussions, and learn about the latest developments in the Ghanaian real estate market.
Richard Sandall, Development Director at the British High Commission, Ghana, expressed his delight at the event, stating that it is “a perfect answer” to the question of how growth in Ghana can support growth in the UK. “We’re really delighted to be supporting this event,” he said.
We know that the more of the diaspora that come here, invest, send their remittances, build business partnerships, the better it is for both the UK and Ghana.”
Evans Yaw Amoah Nyamekye, a lawyer at the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom, also praised the event, stating that it will provide a safe and secure way for people from the diaspora to integrate into Ghana.
The expo offers a combination of collaborations of various state institutions, professional organizations, and more importantly, the opportunity to understand the processes that you need to undertake as a Ghana investment individual,” he said.
The organizers of the expo, On Point Property Management, also announced that this year’s event will have more exhibitors, panel discussions, and networking opportunities.
The Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo 2024 Organised in partnership with Access Bank (Ghana) PLC, is poised to provide a valuable platform for industry experts, developers, and potential investors to connect and learn about the latest opportunities in Ghana’s real estate market.
Since its launch in 2017, the GPLE and real estate sister founders Anna and Victoria Agyekum, have played a transformative role in shaping Ghana’s real estate landscape, bridging the gap between global investors and the country’s growing property sector. In recent years, real estate has been a major benefactor in Ghana’s boom in tourism and investment.
With its focus on providing a safe and transparent platform for investment, the expo is expected to attract a large number of attendees, including the diaspora, local investors, and industry experts.
