Maggi, a food seasoning product from Nestlé Ghana Limited has partnered the Gold Coast Restaurant and Cocktail Bar and organised the December edition of Fufu Festival in Accra to mark the festive season.
The event was aimed to bring together family and friends to celebrate and enjoy various indigenous foods, especially fufu with varied soups and protein as well as to celebrate the enriched taste of Maggi.
We acknowledge Fufu is a very special meal for almost everyone irrespective of where one comes from, so the best way to launch ourself into the festive season is to celebrate the Fufu festival with Maggi.”
Acknowledging the challenges that impacted businesses over the year, Kwablah noted that Nestlé had a successful and dynamic year, and underscored the company’s dedication to sustainability.
We continue to intensify sustainability, such as waste collections, renewable electricity, waste water treatment and other aspect of sustainability and we hope to do more for next year.”
She took the opportunity to advice Ghanaians to stay safe during the festive season and encouraged the use of Maggie in preparation of dishes in various homes.
