HI! I’M 63 AND STILL SETTLING

I’ve had my share of gold and diamond
I’m loaded with cash in crops
With the potential to produce what satisfies everyone but myself , sometimes I find that ironic too
In my lifetime, I’ve been greeted with chains and keys
Seen love and betrayal in one kiss
A picture I could paint for you in a glimpse
In my family, I’m the leader with the history you can boast of
My beginning was promising so is the future I behold
But, my current STATE is one of ” battling currencies ” and trying to fix the alphabets G,D and P in no particular order
I’ve been through too much to be sentimental
Didn’t come this far to lose power
”W) gb3j3k3”
To retain this seat I’ve got to stand
This is not the day to settle down
As I defy my deficiencies
And fix my broken bones
Your touch
Is all the nourishment I need
But be warned
I’m hot, cold in places too
But I make up for both situations
Delight yourself in my delicacies
Asana and Sobolo to the rescue, when the sweat goes down your brow
The likeness of kenkey and waakye, will make up for the cold.
I’m wild as Red
I’m fruitful as Green
I’m as rare as a black star
But I’m also bold in Gold.

Happy Independence People!
