afb bank Ghana, a member of letshego, has announced that noteholders of Tranche 23 (AFB 2300) registered in the books of afb as at close of business on 6th April, 2020 will qualify for coupon payment.
However, the Register of Noteholders for Tranche 23 (AFB 2300) will be closed from 7th April, 2020 to 15th April, 2020.
A press statement from AFB copied to Businessweekghana.com said the ex-coupon date has been set as 2nd April, 2020. Consequently, an investor purchasing notes issued under Tranche 23 (AFB 2300) before this date will be entitled to the coupon. The coupon for Tranche 23 (AFB 2300) will be paid on 16th April, 2020.
“The reset date for the coupon rate for AFB2300-6Y24 is 9th April, 2020,” the statement stated.
